Turned out this wasn't needed. Had to hand-modify .changes to remove unwanted "source" arch. This reverts commit 909d085.
- revision causes dpkg warning; should not be needed since we apply no patches to the source - generated "all" deb contained nothing in /usr/src, "amd64" seems to produce valid output - don't track build/debian/files – it's a generated file
- report output files to GITHUB_ENV - report sha256 of output - lint (shellcheck build.sh)
