This PR fixes a TODO comment in tutorials/intro/20_events_from_raw.py by replacing it with functional cross-references to the MEG and EEG tutorials. I also clarified the surrounding comment for better readability.
Fixed broken/missing links to MEG/EEG tutorials.
Updated comment for clarity in the events tutorial.
This is a minor documentation update and does not change any code functionality.
