Fixes npm audit found security vulnerabilities.

Updates package-lock.json with fixes to npm audit found vulnerabilities.

Motivation and Context

I noticed that I wasn't getting clean output from npm install. I figured I'd fix it and do a PR so everyone could see green :)

How Has This Been Tested?

Ran the tests locally. It's a modest change, so I don't know that it needs much testing beyond that.
