Removed dead links in the archived servers.
Description
Cleaned up the archived servers section in the main README by removing broken directory links while preserving the server names and descriptions. This improves the documentation quality and prevents users from encountering 404 errors when browsing the archived server list.

Motivation and Context
The archived servers section contained directory links that were no longer valid, creating a poor user experience when users clicked on them expecting to find server implementations. By removing these dead links while keeping the server names and descriptions intact, we maintain the informational value of the list while eliminating broken navigation paths.
