Motivation and Context

This change adds the AgentOps MCP Server which provides observability and tracing data for debugging AI agents through the AgentOps Public API. This MCP server works best with MCP clients like Cursor or Windsurf in code generation and building AI agents by providing greater context about where the AI agent succeeds and fails. It expands the ecosystem of available MCP servers and demonstrates integration with AI development workflows.

How Has This Been Tested?

The AgentOps MCP Server has been tested with Cursor, Windsurf, Zed, and Cline to ensure proper functionality for retrieving agent observability data and integrating with AI development workflows.
