Motivation and Context

Following the contribution guidelines, adding a reference to the md2doc-mcp server which provides Markdown to DOCX conversion capabilities through MCP. This server fills a gap in document format conversion tools available to MCP clients, enabling AI assistants to convert Markdown content to professional DOCX documents.

How Has This Been Tested?

This is a documentation-only change adding a server reference to the README. The server itself has been tested independently and is functional with MCP clients like Claude Desktop and Cherry Studio.
