docs: Adds Zencoder instructions for the Time and git MCP Server

• Changes to: docs by adding details about configuring it for Zencoder

Motivation and Context

The change was needed to have support for Zencoder's users using Time and git Server MCP in the product.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested in VS Code and JetBrains IDEs

No breaking changes, just a docs update in this repo.
