I updated it now - we have to keep AltTester® (with the trademark) but I removed the other extra bits.

Description
This PR adds the AltTester® MCP server to the list. AltTester is a tool for game test automation, similar to Selenium or Appium but for games made with Unity or Unreal Engine.
Motivation and Context
This adds information for people interested in game test automation.
How Has This Been Tested?
We have tested this extensively as part of our product development in the AltTester® team.
