SECOND_TABLE подразумевает вторую таблицу на титульнике (а первый - первую), но неявно используется для поиска данных на следующих страницах (т.к. пока искало только руководителя и консультанта) - это не очень правильно, т.к. у каждый страницы свои таблицы и наполнение
Нам требуется только поиск на странице календарного плана = лучше получить эту таблицу и смотреть в ней отдельно, т.к. в будущем могут понадобится новые аналогичные проверки (что в плане есть обзор литературы и т.д.)
