refs #485

For clarity, it's better to use a group name that is specific to the package ecosystem. Using the same group name github-dependencies for bundler, github-actions, and pre-commit will result in pull requests with identical titles (e.g., 'Bump the github-dependencies group'), making it hard to distinguish between them. I suggest using a more descriptive name like bundler-dependencies here.

Code Review

This pull request refactors the .github/dependabot.yml file to use more descriptive names for dependency groups. The generic group name github-dependencies has been replaced with ecosystem-specific names: bundler-dependencies, github-actions-dependencies, and pre-commit-hooks. This change enhances the readability and maintainability of the dependabot configuration. The implementation is correct and achieves its goal effectively.
