Added new version and included functions in v1

To expand the functions of the needle python library the following changes were applied:

• New
  • Identify collection id by collection name
  • Update the collection id to be reused by other functions
  • Delete file function
  • Add file from URL including an update parameter to overwrite existing files (delete + add) with the same name
  • Added wait for indexing function

The v1 was updated, additionally for easier usage of the file a v2 was made to simplify usage. It contains the same functions but the layout is updated.

These versions can be tested using the DELETEMEv1 and DELETEMEv2 that will be deleted post PR review.
