fix: updated build system to use v0.11.0 modules

Needs nektro/zig-extras#3 merged first

Added a modules wrapper for zig-time so it can be used in Zig 0.11.0 projects. Tests all still pass.

• update build.zig.zon after fix: update module syntax for zig 0.11.0 zig-extras#3 merged.

if its alright can you move the b.addModule and related calls into its own build.zig.zig so that the two systems can work without overlapping each other?

yep, so like do the equivalent of

mv build.zig build.zig.zig && git checkout HEAD~1 -- build.zig

?
