This update looks good, but it does not appear to match the title of this PR.

These 2 lines are commented in order to remove the snowing layout:

extra_css:
    - stylesheets/extra.css
#     - stylesheets/snow.css
extra_javascript:
    - javascripts/extra.js
#     - javascripts/snow.js

Same design can be turned on back by uncommenting them next year!
