Ahoy! This patch renames nn_seff to seff and nn_storage_quota to storage_quota throughout the docs, and marks Checking_resource_usage.md as deprecated. Ye've done a fair job, but ye left a bit o' bilge in Resources.md where ye claim all commands start with nn_ right after changin' one that doesn't. Scuttle that contradiction so the crew doesn't end up in Davy Jones' locker.
