Ngstack 1017 hydra pagination enrichment feature

Added hydra_pagination_enrichment feature for Hydra collections:

• Enriches Hydra collection schema and serialized view payload with numeric pagination fields:
  firstPage, lastPage, currentPage, previousPage, nextPage, itemsPerPage.
• Implements this via decorators on Hydra schema factory and partial collection view normalizer.
• Skips payload enrichment when paginationViaCursor is enabled.
