Removes all instances of '$TSFixMe' from the deploy pipeline and replaces them with specific, accurate types. - Adds a new type definition for the 'folder-walker' package to provide strong types for the file objects it emits. - Corrects a latent bug in the 'hasher-segments.ts' module where the custom normalizer's output was being overwritten. - Aligns the 'Normalizer' and 'File' types across the 'hash-files.ts', 'process-files.ts', and 'hasher-segments.ts' modules to ensure type consistency. - Removes unused and out-of-scope type definitions.
