Pasting text with leading •/‣/◦/· (e.g. copied bullet lists) stored the literal glyph instead of a Markdown '-' list. sanitizePastedText now converts leading bullet glyphs (preserving indentation) to '- ', so pasted bullets become real, portable Markdown lists like typed ones.
