Add inherent methods to Identity, Pair, Step, ConstVal, CatList, and Lazy, delegating type class trait implementations to them where applicable. Add Bifoldable and Bitraversable implementations for Pair and Step. Add Pipe trait for left-to-right function application via method syntax. Add FunctorWithIndex, FoldableWithIndex, and TraversableWithIndex implementations for CatList. Update todo with Kleisli composition and do! macro ideas.
