Adds
nullboiler validate-workflows [PATH]to preflight file-based tracker/pull-mode workflow definitions before server startup. The command reports structured errors and warnings without changingloadWorkflowsruntime semantics, adds unit coverage for the validator, and documents usage plus hackathon submission notes.Validation performed:
