feat(treesitter): nvim-treesitter-context support

Summary

This is a simple PR adding a new TS query to add nvim-treesitter-context support.
The idea is to show the parent headings in the TS context when the cursor is inside the heading.

    ci!: update nvim-treesitter to main
    
    Since nvim-treesitter@main only supports Nvim 0.11,
    testing for Nvim 0.9.* and 0.10.* have been dropped.

(I'm not the author of this PR, I have no plan to attempt to resolve this, just answering the question since I was interested to find the answer for myself.)
