[Port dspace-7_x] Clean up spacing in input forms
For some reason our version of this image is twice the size of the original (~860KiB vs 1.6MiB). To make matters worse, the dimensions of the image are 4777x3166 pixels, but we display it at 2000 pixels wide. This regenerates the images based on the original and adjusts the dimensions to be more appropriate. If `environment.ui.host` is Falsy, then we attempt to fall back to a host value of '/', which is invalid. I think that, if a user has messed up their config so much that defaults in our configuration interface don't work, then we should actually fail here. (cherry picked from commit f622d58)
