Something went wrong with the tooling. These are comparing 1.59.0-SNAPSHOT to 1.57.0, where they should be comparing 1.58.0 to 1.57.0.

I think I saw this one other time when I was wrangling the release...but I don't remember details. I thought we reasoned thru it not being a future problem. 😭 Sorry I can't remember details.

Temporarily fixed manually and opened #7972 to track and fix properly later
