This issue has popped up a few times on Discord where someone has restored from backup with an old pod in their config, or de-activation of a Omnipod didn't complete correctly.
Then when attempting to activate a new pod, AAPS throws an error indicating that there is a duplicate BLE MAC.
This update to the doc provides some advice on how to resolve, and should allow people to search for the error on the wiki and find a solution to the issue.
