Bump from 2.42.12 to current upstream stable point release.
Add -Dglycin=disabled - 2.44.x conditionally pulls glycin-2 as a
loader; we do not yet package it.
Add -Ddocumentation=false (replacing the obsolete -Dgtk_doc=false
option).
Refresh 100-no-gi-docgen.patch: in 2.44.6, docs/meson.build sets
'build_docs' which is referenced from the parent meson.build, but
upstream still calls subdir('docs') unconditionally. The patch
now both comments out subdir('docs') and pre-defines
build_docs = false to keep the summary block working.
