Reverts the Cloudflare Pages Function proxy approach that was added to fix iOS Safari cookie issues. The deployment has been failing due to Cloudflare API token authentication errors, and the proxy changes introduced additional complexity. This restores the app to its last known working state — direct API Gateway URL via
VITE_API_URL, no Pages Function, originalSameSitecookie settings.Reverts: c3ae915, 27e87b8, 644c697, c166847, 3a2f26b
