We have a limited and unchanging number of URLs.

There's about 1k out of 3k URLs with escapes. Too much for a big list of redirects?

Is it possible to rewrite the archive links to retain some of the "safe" chars such as ., _ and -? Then only about 100 URLs would contain escapes.
