Set HOME=/root so GitHub Actions container jobs use the sbuild config and unshare tarballs baked into the builder images. Also remove the redundant extra APT repository injection so the image remains the source of truth for Qualcomm package sources. Signed-off-by: Simon Beaudoin <sbeaudoi@qti.qualcomm.com>
