I did this as part of trying to make it easier to run a single project through shark, but in general it makes it easier to run a single project. For example, the script added by @abbyevewilliams doesn't do a bunch of the bulk download stages or the FCC generation stages. In this PR these are now confined to the matching area (or at least, the minimal JRC tile area that includes the matching area).
The cost of this is that if you're running all projects then it's probably a bit less efficient/harder to use.
Happy to have people disagree that this is a good way to go.
