Added a new folder,
evaluations, containing:pipeline_results.Rmdwhich takes the outputs of the pipeline and creates a .html report. The report contains some maps and graphs to show the locations of the matched points, quality of the matches and forest cover changes over time. If we want to incorporate this, it will hopefully give a bit more context to the additionality output so we can decide for ourselves if the results are valid.scriptswhich contains the scripts called by the R markdown file.tmfpython.shhas been updated to match. This allows you to run the whole pipeline and generate a report in one go.--- There are many, many places where the code could be improved!!! ---
