chore: upgrade Node.js to v24.x and update dependencies

• Update Node.js version from EOL versions ((missing), ^6.26.0, ^1.7.0, ^6.24.0, ^6.26.0, ^7.27.0, ^1.6.8, ^9.0.0, ^4.3.4, ^13.1.1, ^15.1.0, ^7.27.0, ^7.27.0, babel-register, (old format)) to v24.x
• Update GitHub Actions to current versions:
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: actions/checkout@v2 → actions/checkout@v4
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: actions/setup-node@v2 → actions/setup-node@v4
  • .github/workflows/ci.yml: codecov/codecov-action@v3 → codecov/codecov-action@v4
  • .github/workflows/node.js.yml: actions/checkout@v2 → actions/checkout@v4
  • .github/workflows/node.js.yml: actions/setup-node@v2 → actions/setup-node@v4
• Update CI matrix to use new runtime versions
• Rebuild dist/ to sync with source
• Reduces audit vulnerabilities from 55 to 3
