The patch adds missing tempest and neutron-tempest-plugin deps to the requirements.txt. It also fixes several pep8 issues as well as issues in the tox.ini

OMG , the documentation doesn't say that - https://github.com/redhat-openstack/nfv-tempest-plugin/blob/master/contribution.md - nor anything suggests that it should be proposed to gerrithub. |
