Changing the API documentation link to point to APIv3 instead of the APIv4 documentation.
Replacing the API links to the update linode.com/apiv3 links

It looks like at least some of these links point to the wrong endpoint URLs.

Addressing the updated links for the Linode API to properly reflect the apiv3. Also addressing the request for documentation in issue #43
