Project Description:
 Fetches github users and displays it to a list
 Handles pagination 30 users at a time and retrieved users are retained locally
 You can visit their profile and add a note, notes are saved locally
 Has user searching based on name or associated note attached
 Supports dark mode and all screen sizes
 Data is persisted even in orientation changes
