Ruby Committers vs. the Worldの動画がある一方、個別ページが存在してなかったので、動線あったほうがよいかと新たに増やしました。名前悩んだのですが、S94まであったのでS95にしてます

Vimeo's free plan limits the number of public videos, causing some talk videos to return 404. Replace all Vimeo video embeds with YouTube across RubyKaigi 2010, 2011, and 2013 talk pages.
