The repo has expanded beyond OIDC DevTools to include treeshake-check and eslint-plugin-treeshake. Restructure the README to present an umbrella monorepo with grouped package tables, quick-start sections for each tool domain, and an architecture diagram for the tree-shaking toolchain.
