Added Xcode project and SEGAdjustIntegration.h had to be modified since Adjust is imported differently depending on if it is via Cocoapods or Carthage

This adds Carthage compatibility by adding a Xcode project with a shared schema.
It was tricky mainly because Adjust is imported differently depending if it is a Cocoapod or Carthage dependency. See SEGAdjustIntegration.h and README.
