This fixes an issue with the
maven-javadoc-pluginon JDK 11, 12, and 13. It sounds like the fix is a combination of bumping the plugin to3.1.0and using JDK 11.0.3 or higher. I found some additional details related to the fix here.Running
mvn clean installpreviously gave me the error:and this change fixes it. This should get #33 a little closer to complete.
