Fix integration test recompilation and add interactivity toggle#38
Conversation
- Update `fill_data` binary invocation to use `env!("CARGO_BIN_EXE_fill_data")` directly, bypassing Cargo to prevent unnecessary rebuilds.
- Wrap Unix stdin mocking in a conditional check based on the `INTERACTIVE` environment variable to allow manual input.

This PR updates the integration test runner to skip
cargo runand instead use the pre-compiled executable, speeding up the test and stopping continuous rebuilds. It also makes the stdin mocking optional via anINTERACTIVEenvironment variable so users can input values manually when needed.PR created automatically by Jules for task 7714806432571440478 started by @soniapi
