Wait 5 seconds after asking for input variables in tests

Added a tokio::time::sleep(Duration::from_secs(5)) delay after asking
for the microstructure variable and the cutoff in the integration test
to comply with user request. Also ran cargo fmt to fix code formatting
in the project.
