Refactored the backwards function based on user feedback to return Result<Option<ObjectS>, ...> since the trailing .find() iterator call restricts the result to at most one element. Updated the downstream caller find_nearest to cleanly handle the Option without redundant array iteration or mapping. Tested to ensure everything compiles correctly.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 11341742921879025998 started by @soniapi

- Updated `backwards` in `src/lib.rs` to return `Result<Option<ObjectS>, diesel::result::Error>` instead of `Result<Vec<ObjectS>, diesel::result::Error>`.
- Removed redundant `.into_iter().collect()` calls to cleanly return the `Option` yielded by `.find()`.
- Refactored `find_nearest` to match cleanly on the returned `Option` directly, eliminating a redundant loop, `.filter()`, and `.max_by_key()` mapping over a sequence of at most 1 item.
