Description

It includes new logs for ClusterManager as well as refactors some existing logs for IndexerCluster and IngestorCluster.

Key Changes

• Logs for peer registration and de-registration
• Logs for configuration push
• Refactoring to existing logs for IndexerCluster and IngestorCluster.
