- Bump `github.com/mark3labs/mcp-go` from v0.34.0 to v0.39.1. - Add new indirect dependencies: `github.com/bahlo/generic-list-go`, `github.com/buger/jsonparser`, `github.com/invopop/jsonschema`, `github.com/mailru/easyjson`, and `github.com/wk8/go-ordered-map/v2`. - Update .gitignore to include `.serena/` directory.
