Implements the visual overhaul requested in the new design manifesto, transitioning the app from a dark-mode, command-centric SaaS tool to a "contact sheet" paper-like experience emphasizing the concept of an archive.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 3694904218810867795 started by @t41372

… prototype

- Upgrade to Tailwind CSS v4 and shadcn/ui base dependencies
- Establish 3-tier typography system relying purely on zero-download system fonts to keep the binary small (Serif, Sans, Mono)
- Introduce "Paper" light mode as default (`#FAF7F2` background, warm off-black text)
- Inject subtle global SVG noise texture via CSS `::before`
- Build a prototype `ContactSheetPrototype` in the dashboard route, bypassing old state to present the new concept directly
- Update `STATUS.md` and `CHANGELOG.md` for closeout

👋 Jules, reporting for duty! I'm here to lend a hand with this pull request.
