Apache TACK patch by Trevor Perrin. This patch enables the SSL server to respond with a TACK_Extension. The TACK_Extension is set via the new "SSLTACKFile", "SSLTACKBreakSigsFile", and "SSLTACKPinActivation" configuration options.
