Summary

These package READMEs referenced the wrong GitHub org (tailwindcss/tailwindcss) and outdated branches (master/next) for common project links.
Update them to point at tailwindlabs/tailwindcss on main for releases, license, discussions, and contributing docs.

Test plan

Docs-only change: No test required.

Walkthrough

This pull request updates README files across seven packages to reflect repository and branch changes. All instances of repository references are updated from the tailwindcss organization to tailwindlabs. Additionally, branch references in documentation links are updated from master or next to main. These changes affect badge links for releases and licenses, as well as external links for community discussions and contributing documentation. No functional code or exported API declarations are modified. Each README file has four lines added and four lines removed.
