Feel free to say no to merging this PR since this is definitely not in the almanac 😅 but since it's becoming increasingly common for STs to type and show a message like this on their phones to the evil team (in case of dreamer / drunk RK / UT / cannibal / etc) I figured we may as well make it an app card

This seems reasonable to me. I do ask this occasionally at night, and having a card makes communication faster.

There is the awkward problem that this card isn't specific to a night action. Putting it in first night demon info seems to me, though, given no other place to put it.

Yeah :) if there are more "useful ST cards" not tied to a specific night action I might try to add a box at the bottom to hold them. Sounds like this PR is good to go, do you mind approving?
