Synopsis

A shortcut should be added to the Chats tab leading to router.support() page.

Solution

This PR does that.

Checklist

FCM

Add `router.support()` shortcut to `ContextMenuRegion` on `Chat`s tab (#1677)

Additionally:
- remove `PresenceSwitch` modal
