Update image link conventions and post-edit-checks skill scope

Copilot instructions used /images/ as the canonical image path format, which breaks local serving. Inline body images need {{site.baseurl}}/images/ to work in both local and deployed environments. Also, the post-edit-checks skill was scoped to edits only, missing new post creation via issues or agent tasks.

• Corrected image path convention to distinguish: inline body images use {{site.baseurl}}/images/foo.png; YAML front matter image: field uses /images/foo.png (processed by Java, not the template engine)

• Expanded "Images and Assets" section with explicit examples for both patterns
• Sharpened review checklist item to call out the distinction clearly
• Added checklist item to run post-edit-checks skill before finalising

.github/skills/post-edit-checks/SKILL.md

• Updated scope from "edited content" to "new or edited blog post content"
• Added explicit directive: always run after creating or editing a post, including when created from a GitHub issue or agent task
