Adds V2 snapshot support using JSON-backed snapshot files.
Introduces a new v2 snapshot implementation with stable JSON serialization, named entries in a single file, custom filename support, and improved JSON diffs for mismatches.
Updates snapshot path resolution and test helpers to handle V1/V2 correctly, and adds comprehensive V2 test coverage for store/check flows, mismatches, multiple entries, custom filenames, missing snapshots, supported types, and encoder behavior.
