What is the repo about.

• There are so many great resources out there to the point that its overwhelming. I am trying to oraganize the ML topics with two things in mind (1) conceptual understanding (2) projects, projects, projects. It cannot be overstated that we learn by doing (though different people learn in their ways). This is my attempt to gather resources and put it together.
